The Christian Writer’s Prayer©

Lord we come in the name that is higher than every name, Jesus Christ, lifting up Your call on my life to write a book. We dedicate all that is to take place to You and pray that our work continuously brings glory to Your kingdom. Let the hands of all that You have assigned to this project be anointed to declare and perform great and mighty works. May the words of our hearts and the meditation of our minds be consistently saturated in Your word, that we may adequately express Your truth. May You, Jehovah Jireh, be our consistent provider and make supernatural provision available as we move forward in faith for the success of this book project.

I decree and declare that our hearts have been stirred by your righteous cause and our hands have been surrendered to the King of Kings so that we may do an excellent work. Our purpose is to write the true revelatory word of God, that the hearts of the people may rejoice and that their joy would be complete in you. Bringing honor to Jesus, who purposely determines to write his love eternally upon their hearts. He is the master author who has entrusted us with the responsibility of etching a lasting testimony of God’s love for all mankind. We will publish the name of the Lord, for He is great and greatly to be praised.

As you commanded the Apostle John, so have I written in this book the revelatory word of God. Enable me to continue to seek your wisdom and counsel concerning this book. Give me understanding and discernment as I prepare to launch this book into the universe. Reveal to me any hidden costs or expenses, so that I can take them into account as I develop an accurate budget for the launch of this book. Give everyone involved in this project the ability to concentrate their attention and efforts so that they can successfully complete this undertaking and thereby bring honor and glory to You. [1]

Father, make Your face to shine upon me and enlighten me as I seek You first so that the success of this launch may be added unto me. I declare that no weapon formed against this book project shall prosper and that every tongue that rises against it will be shown to be in the wrong because this is a God idea wrapped in Your purpose. Bring me to find favor, compassion, and loving kindness with reviewers, vendors, media partners, business partners, marketing and public relations specialists and potential readers.

Thank You Father that I am even now increasing in favor with You and with man. May the works of my hands continue to exalt, edify, equip, and exhort Your people. We thank You for the completed work done by Jesus Christ on Calvary through His blood that covers this book, and we thank You in advance for the completed successful work done through my efforts to build Your kingdom. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
